At Try MUNCHIES!, we want you to love every bite; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that for safety reasons, food items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unopened products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
